Join a rapidly growing beverage distributor that's modernizing its technology stack and investing heavily in digital transformation. We're seeking an Application Architect / Business Systems Lead who wants to build, optimize, and elevate mission‑critical systems across the business.

What You'll Do
* Provide day‑to‑day support for ERP, EDI, supply/demand planning tools, and reporting systems.
* Act as first‑level support and collaborate with external IT and application vendors.
* Build and customize solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, and SharePoint.
* Lead or participate in projects involving new technologies, integrations, or applications.
* Develop test scenarios, manage testing cycles, and ensure smooth deployments.
* Collaborate with sales, logistics, warehouse operations, purchasing, and finance to improve processes.
* Partner with third‑party infrastructure and desktop support vendors.
* Assist with system requirements, specifications, and RFP development.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis, application development, data architecture, or enterprise system implementation.
* Strong experience supporting or implementing ERP systems (Business Central preferred).
* Skills in Power BI, SharePoint, and ideally EDI mapping (orders, invoices, ASNs, warehouse feeds).
* Experience working with or leading cross‑functional project teams.
* Participation in at least one ERP or demand planning implementation.
* Strong process improvement mindset and excellent communication skills.
* Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, nested formulas).
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment with a positive attitude.
