Lead and review 401(k) and other ERISA plan audits in accordance with ERISA, GAAP, and relevant AICPA standards Develop and execute audit plans, testing procedures, and documentation for defined contribution plans Manage client relationships, fieldwork, and deliverables across multiple concurrent engagements Coordinate with internal teams and wealth management partners to ensure cohesive client service Identify opportunities to expand the retirement plan audit client base and participate in business development efforts Serve as the internal subject matter expert on ERISA and plan audit requirements Help build out methodology, templates, and best practices for the ERISA audit practice

Qualifications

Active CPA license 5+ years of audit experience with a strong focus on 401(k) and ERISA plan audits Proven track record managing audits from planning through completion Strong understanding of ERISA, DOL rules, and GAAP as applied to benefit plan audits Comfortable interfacing with clients, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders Based in or willing to relocate to the Indianapolis metro area
