Safety first! You will provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and manage the site health program, including safety inspections, ergonomics training and ergonomics assessments, to drive a reduction in work and non work related injuries. You will as well undertake management of testing programs required by local legislation
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Provide primary care services to the site and co-ordinate and effectively manage the site health program, including managing work related and non-work related injuries and illnesses
+ Coordinate preventative health and wellness programs to drive a reduction in work related injuries
+ Provide Initial emergency response, resuscitation and stabilization of critically ill or injured (trauma) patients
+ Support the development of health related policies and Standard Operating Procedures for the site including the delivery of training where necessary
+ Management , maintenance and administration of medical equipment and consumables in line with legal and medical standards including audit of equipment and storing, dispensing, administering and safe disposal of medicines
+ Assess plant risk for health issues or any occupational related illness, acting upon the assessment and controlling them through proper preventive measures
**What you will bring**

+ Relevant qualifications in the area of Occupational Health or claims management. Qualified Doctor or Nursing practitioner
+ Diploma or Degree qualifications in OHS/Claims & Injury Management, Workplace Ergonomics, Rehabilitation or related discipline
+ Relevant experience in OHS (Occupational Safety and Health)
+ Strong experience in an Injury Management & Rehabilitation role, ideally within a manufacturing environment
+ Knowledge of Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislative requirements

Responsabilidades e atribuições:
+ Responsável pela formulação e atualização de normas ergonômicas, mantendo padrões e diretrizes ergonômicas;
+ Responsável por realizar avaliações ergonômicas, identificar riscos e oportunidades de melhoria, desenvolver e implementar soluções ergonômicas para melhorar a segurança, saúde e produtividade do trabalhador;
+ Levantar e analisar dados através de entrevistas, observações, medições e aplicação de checklists ou questionários ergonômicos;
+ Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para projetar e implementar melhorias ergonômicas, sugerindo adaptações em processos, equipamentos, mobiliário e organização do trabalho com foco na prevenção de doenças ocupacionais;
+ Atuar em nível corporativo, liderando os comitês de ergonomia no Brasil, com equipe de ergonomia das plantas e comercial, gerando indicadores, acompanhamento dos planos de ação e soluções implantadas;
+ Fornecer treinamento e ações de sensibilização aos funcionários sobre as melhores práticas ergonômicas;
+ Aplicar metodologias de avaliação biomecânica e postural como NIOSH, OCRA, Snook & Ciriello, ISO TR 12295, ISO 11228-1, ISO 11228-2, ISO 11228-3, ISO 11226, NR 17, NR 01, NBR 9050 e NHO 11, com foco em prevenção de riscos ocupacionais e melhoria do desempenho;
+ Apoiar tecnicamente a aquisição de equipamentos, revisão de projetos e adequações de layout com foco na ergonomia de concepção;
+ Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, com foco em ergonomia organizacional e cognitiva.
Requisitos e qualificações:
+ Graduação em Fisioterapia; (Crefito Ativo)
+ Especialização em Ergonomia;
+ Experiência em trabalhos de ergonomia, liderando inspeção de ergonomia e experiência de trabalho relacionada a melhorias;
+ Experiência em indústria e vendas;
+ Ferramentas Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
+ Inglês avançado para leitura, escrita e conversação;
+ Comportamental: gestão de projetos, comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal, negociação).
