Equities - Electronic Client Solutions Trading - Analyst

You will join the Electronic Client Solutions team, which is the client-facing organization for all automated trading capabilities in Cash Equities.  This team builds, manages and delivers the leading industry platform for algorithmic execution, automated liquidation solutions, data, analytics and low latency trading capabilities to institutional, hedge fund and systematic trading firms. 

As an analyst on the ECS team, you will be a versatile and proactive individual who is eager to take on a variety of tasks to contribute to the success of the broader team in a dynamic trading environment. 

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with various business partners across Prime Brokerage, Sales and Equities Trading to manage target lists for electronic execution and track progress against revenue and growth goal

Ongoing client execution monitoring and relationship management: 

Maintain regular dialogue with key trading and decision making personnel at client firms Determine, measure and track key performance indicators for client success (measurement vs benchmarks, latency or liquidity capture targets etc.) Partner with sales and product teams to maximize electronic volume from clients, deliver a high-availability product, and viable low latency trading products and connectivity Initiate and sponsor end to end projects partnering with product owners, sales, technology and legal teams to provide electronic solutions for clients Be an integral member of the electronic coverage team, working together to provide a positive client experience 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Very strong communication skills and enthusiasm to take on new projects  Ability to partner and interact productively with multiple parties: internal (sales, trading, technology, legal, compliance) and external (clients, vendors)  Understanding of US equity liquidity landscape, including alternative trading venues, exchange market structure, algorithmic and direct market access  Bachelors’ degree from a leading university with a degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Series 7, 63, 55 registration is a plus or be willing to obtain them upon employment
