Join a leading manufacturer in the fertilizer equipment industry and become the go-to expert for servicing and repairing essential agricultural machinery.

We build and support equipment such as blenders/mixers, bucket elevators, conveyors, and rotary drums. 

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll work directly with local cooperatives and agricultural operations to keep their equipment running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Diagnose, adjust, and repair fertilizer equipment (drag conveyors, elevator legs, blenders, valves, etc.)Inspect machinery for wear, damage, or mechanical issuesTroubleshoot and repair pneumatic/air systemsPerform MIG welding on damaged or broken componentsTest equipment to ensure proper operation after repairsConduct routine maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, adjustmentsMaintain accurate service logs and documentationTravel to customer sites using a company vehiclePerform additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude and MIG welding experienceAbility to travel 60%+ (seasonal variation)Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements (physical + drug test)Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders/stairsEffective communication and customer service skillsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks (kneeling, crawling, stooping, etc.)Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
