Equipment Services Coordinator II

**Position Overview**
This position will provide operational guidance and leadership necessary to assist the Equipment and Depot Services management team and related support areas.
Associate is responsible for the accurate and timely management of equipment assets coming in and out of IT stock areas, incidents relating to asset movement and the processing of IT invoices for payment.
The individual will coordinate and interact not only within the department, but with organizational departments and vendors. Time management, attention to detail, prompt attention to requests, and initiative to follow through on open items are critical for the success of this role. In addition, this role will assist in other special projects as required.
**A Day In The Life**
+ Departmental liaison for Equipment Repair, Procurement Services, and Support team.
+ Responsible for special projects and initiatives affecting key business operations.
+ Accountable for equipment support, operational delivery, and customer relationships.
+ Fosters clear and open communications, both verbal and written.
+ Meet and exceed business commitments and successfully deliver initiatives to support departmental and corporate objectives.
+ Inbound processing assets and invoices
+ Outbound processing assets to corporate and store locations
+ Respond to emails and manages incidents
+ Monitors and respond to asset exception reports
**You'll Come With**
Equipment procurement and support experience. Seasoned IT associate experienced in leading successful support objectives and implementing programs and projects in a complex organization with numerous vendor and business partners.
**Education:** Related technical field, or equivalent experience required.
