WHAT YOU WILL DO

Promptly install and maintain dental equipment used in dental officesInspect and test equipment, components and assemblies using various tools and instrumentsCreate, update and maintain repair records, return defective parts to vendor for warranty replacementProvide quality, innovation and high standards of performance to achieve superior customer satisfactionOrganization and proactivity is required, in addition to strong multitasking and time management skillsWork effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing strong collaboration and communicationDemonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks and are able to manage preconstruction efforts while adapting to shifting project priorities
 

WHAT YOU BRING

Completion of a post-secondary program in medical/electrical field is an assetPrevious experience in a service/equipment environment in the dental industry is preferredStrong interpersonal skillsStrong technical issues – being able to work through technical issues with non-technical clientsExcellent customer service and communication skillsHandle stressful situations calmly and professionallyProven time management and organizational skills, experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset
