_What you Need to Know:_
Responsible for all tasks associated with the entry and maintenance of equipment files using the computerized maintenance management system. Maintain electronic and hard copy records. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.
Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations.

_Key Responsibilities:_
+ Responsible for computerized maintenance managementsystem, including all electronic entry and physical documents, relating to equipment. Ensureaccurateandtimelyentry of all equipment information. Maintain equipment files,archiveand retrieve records. Generate, distribute, reconcile, and analyze reports. Assistin the development of management reportsregardingstatistical process control. Track the status and completion of all work orders. Serve as subject matter expert for computerized maintenance managementsystem.
+ Initiate corrective and preventativemaintenancework orders anddistributetoappropriate areas. Responsible for preventive maintenance scheduling. Establish and adjust PM mastersfor individual pieces ofequipment.Responsiblefor approval process for new and existing equipment
+ Develop documents in support ofequipmentmanagement department. Documentsinclude:qualification protocols, job plans, and procedural documents.
+ Provide training and mentoring.
+ May perform limited equipment maintenance activities. Perform other related duties as necessary to support organizational,regionaland departmental business and quality goals.
**Standard Schedule** : $ 28 an hour
**Pay Information** : Mon - Friday 8:30 - 5pm some weekends will be required as needed.
_WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: _
+ Education: High School or equivalent required
+ Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experiencerequired.
+ Management Experience: N/A
+ Skills & Abilities: Good math, verbal, and written communication skills. Considerable knowledge of computer office products, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications; proficient in MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, Access). Excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsrequired. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required. Meet milestones and deadlines appropriately. Must protect the confidentiality of sensitive information in the department. Ability to work on a team.
**Physical Requirements:** Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs frequently and unassisted. Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus. Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools and work with a variety of chemicals and solvents. Position may require climbing of ladders for top-level selection. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Work in extreme temperatures for short duration.
