**Job Title: Equipment Operator** Job Description We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team. The role involves operating heavy machinery on a construction site from Monday to Friday, with work hours starting at 5:30 AM. There is also the opportunity for overtime on Saturdays, working 8-10 hours. Responsibilities + Operate equipment such as motor graders, bulldozers, and front end loaders efficiently and safely. + Work within tight spaces and around cranes, pedestrians, and stair towers. + Maintain a high level of patience and reliability in all tasks. Essential Skills + 7+ years of experience operating construction equipment. + Proficiency in operating motor graders, rollers, and skid steers. + Possess a CDL Class A and a valid Medical Card. + Comfortable operating equipment in confined and high-traffic areas. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Possession of relevant certifications (expired or not). + Experience in projects other than wide open spaces, such as freeways, is preferred. Why Work Here?
