**Equipment Operator** **Job Description** The telehandler operator will be responsible for loading and unloading super sacks of concrete, maintaining production goals with precision. The role involves operating various equipment daily, complemented by duties such as site cleanup, material movement, and occasional printing assistance. A collaborative team-first mentality is vital to thrive in this environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate telehandler equipment efficiently, including JCB 510 and Genie 636 models. + Load and unload super sacks of concrete to meet production goals. + Assist with site cleanup and material relocation. + Collaborate with team members for various tasks including occasional printing duties. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in telehandler operation with experience handling 5-10K telehandlers. + Hands-on experience operating telehandlers for multiple hours per day, five days a week in the last six months. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. + Open to working at different job sites with short notice. + Ability to adapt to alternating shift schedules with guaranteed overtime. **Why Work Here?** Experience a dynamic work environment where teamwork and collaboration are prioritized.
