**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Equipment Operators** for projects located in the **Fayetteville, NC area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$24-25/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are an Equipment Operator eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Operate a variety of heavy equipment: excavator/trackhoe loader backhoe bulldozer dump truck tamper and water truck + Conduct routine inspections on equipment including moving parts, welds, and structural integrity prior to operating + Inform supervisor of all defects and malfunctions + Perform minor adjustments as needed + Assist mechanic with major repairs + Perform routine maintenance including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning equipment + Monitor gauges and other indicators ensuring safe operation + Grade, shape, and form work area + Backfill, spread, fill & stabilize stone + Load trucks and dump buckets + Transport dump buckets + Move equipment including rigging and attaching equipment to bucket hook + Adhere to all safety rules guidelines and codes + Maintain records of time worked and materials used + Perform other duties as assigned **Requirements** + Prior experience + Pass a drug screen, and background check **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
