Our client, a leading organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their team. As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the manufacturing and equipment management teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Equipment Maintenance Technician
**Location:** Boise, ID
**Pay Range:** $30-32
**What's the Job?**
+ Monitor, sustain, and improve the performance of equipment in your assigned area
+ Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions using systematic troubleshooting methods
+ Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs on various tools and machinery
+ Maintain accurate records of equipment history and maintenance activities in tracking systems
+ Assist with the installation, modification, and conversion of equipment to optimize operations
**What's Needed?**
+ Preferred Associates Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform extensive walking within labs and facilities
+ Ability to follow procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction
