**Equipment Maintenance Technician**
Our client, a leader in clean energy innovation, is seeking a dependable, skilled, and proactive **Equipment Maintenance Technician** to support its Stack Manufacturing operations. **Payrate: $35/Hour**
**What is the job?**
+ Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment
+ Install and modify machinery per engineering instructions
+ Perform and document preventive maintenance tasks
+ Develop and refine equipment maintenance procedures
+ Recommend and implement machine upgrades and improvements
+ Support equipment testing and collaborate with engineering teams
+ Assist with manufacturing operations as needed
+ Ensure compliance with Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) safety protocols
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
**What is Needed?**
+ 10–12 years of experience in a high-capacity manufacturing environment
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent
+ Experience with automated equipment and PC-based testing tools
+ Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations
+ Certified to operate hand and power tools
+ Reliable attendance, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset
+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and adapt to changing shifts or schedules
**Physical Requirements**
+ Prolonged periods of standing and repetitive tasks
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
+ Manual dexterity for precise assembly work
+ Excellent hand-eye coordination
+ Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
