Position Details:

An established industrial bakery is looking for a reliable Sanitation Worker to join their sanitation department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in industrial cleaning and be familiar with sanitation procedures, equipment, and chemical handling in a food-production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, tools, and work areasPerform deep cleaning of mixers, ovens, conveyors, and other bakery equipmentUse approved chemicals safely and follow proper dilution, storage, and handling proceduresFollow sanitation schedules and maintain logs and documentationRemove waste, clean floors, and ensure all areas meet HACCP, GMP, and food safety standardsAssist with equipment disassembly/reassembly for cleaning when requiredWork closely with production and quality teams to ensure a clean and safe environment

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

1+ year of experience in sanitation (food manufacturing or industrial cleaning preferred)Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation procedures, and safe handling practicesAbility to lift 30
