The Equipment Rental Associate provides hands-on labor assistance to service technicians, sales staff, and other branch personnel to ensure outstanding customer service and operational efficiency. This role involves preparing, inspecting, and maintaining rental equipment, assisting with deliveries, and supporting customers with their equipment needs. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, eager to learn, and works well in a team environment.

Pay Range:  17.00 per hr

 

What’s the Job?

Assist service technicians and branch personnel with daily operations and customer service tasks. Prepare and inspect rental equipment to ensure it is clean, safe, and in proper working condition. Perform routine checks and maintenance using a pressure washer and other cleaning tools. Load and unload rental equipment safely and efficiently. etc. other duties as assigned by the manager

 

What’s Needed?

valid driver’s license required; forklift operating experience is mandatory. must know how to use a pressure washer Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
