Required Skills:

4+ years experience in administration of Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning, Essbase, Smart View, Financial Reporting) and Hyperion Planning/Essbase environments

Experience with system performance monitoring, upgrades, patches, job scheduling, and routine maintenance

Strong understanding of FP&A processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Proficiency with Smart View, Calculation Manager, EPM Automate, and data load troubleshooting

Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting cycles

Ability to manage user provisioning, access controls, compliance reviews, and integrations with data warehouses and enterprise systems

Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Expertise in Hyperion Financial Reporting, cube optimization, and performance tuning

Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, Oracle OCI tenancy, and SSO/Active Directory integration

Bachelors degree in an IT or finance related field

Desired Skills:

Experience working in the hospitality industry.

Description of Role/Responsibilities: Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Oracle EPM and Hyperion specialist to administer, support, and optimize our client's enterprise planning and reporting platforms. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and scalability of our Oracle EPM Cloud and Hyperion Planning/Essbase environments while partnering closely with finance, IT, and business teams. The specialist will manage system maintenance, upgrades, integrations, user access, and performance tuning; support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close cycles; and translate financial requirements into effective technical solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong financial systems expertise, hands-on EPM administration experience, and the ability to lead enhancements that improve planning, reporting, and data governance across the organization.
