Epic Willow and 3rd Party Analyst
CTG is seeking a Willow and Third-Party Application Analysts to join our team.The Epic Willow & Third‑Party Applications Analysts will provide support pharmacy operations by maintaining medication‑related build, resolving system issues, and ensuring smooth integration between Epic Willow and external pharmacy systems. Working closely with pharmacists, technicians, IT teams, and vendors, this role focuses on day‑to‑day support, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization. The analyst applies pharmacy technician knowledge to improve medication safety, accuracy, and efficiency across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** **Epic Willow Support** + Assist with medication build, updates, and maintenance within Epic Willow under the guidance of senior analysts or pharmacists. + Support pharmacy workflows including dispensing, compounding, inventory, and medication administration processes. + Troubleshoot issues related to medication records, NDC updates, barcoding, formulary changes, and pharmacy workqueues. + Help maintain pharmacy system configuration, including routing rules, dispense codes, and packaging information. + Participate in testing for upgrades, new features, and medication‑related changes. **Third‑Party Pharmacy Systems Support** + Provide support for integrated pharmacy systems such as automated dispensing cabinets (e.g., Pyxis, Omnicell), compounding software, inventory systems, and label printers. + Assist with interface monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure accurate data flow between Epic and external systems. + Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve issues and maintain system reliability. + Support maintenance of drug databases, interface mappings, and configuration tables. **Operational Support & Troubleshooting** + Respond to pharmacy‑related service requests and incidents, providing timely and accurate resolution. + Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and nursing staff to understand workflow issues and identify solutions. + Document issues, resolutions, and build changes following organizational standards. + Escalate complex issues to senior analysts or application teams when needed. **Workflow Optimization** + Assist in evaluating pharmacy workflows and identifying opportunities for improvement. + Support initiatives that enhance medication safety, reduce errors, and streamline processes. + Participate in training efforts by helping create tip sheets, job aids, and communication materials. **Project Participation** + Contribute to small projects such as new medication rollouts, system enhancements, or third‑party system upgrades. + Participate in requirements gathering, testing, and go‑live support activities. + Work with cross‑functional teams including Nursing, IT, Supply Chain, and Pharmacy Leadership. **Qualifications** **Required** + Active or recent **Pharmacy Technician** experience (CPhT preferred but not required depending on organization). + Understanding of medication workflows, pharmacy operations, and drug information. + Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn Epic Willow and related systems. + Effective communication and problem‑solving skills. + Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and technical teams CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role. **To Apply:** To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided **.** For additional information, please contact **Anisha Muralidhar at Anisha.Muralidhar@ctg.com** . Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
