CTG is seeking an Epic Home Health Pharmacy Analyst to join our team. The Epic Home Health Pharmacy Analyst plays a key role in supporting, optimizing, and maintaining pharmacy workflows within the Epic ecosystem, with a focus on Home Health and Home Infusion operations. This role partners closely with clinical, pharmacy, and IT teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant medication management across the continuum of care. Expertise with **Brightree** (Home Health/Hospice management) and **Pyxis** (automated dispensing systems) is essential.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Epic System Support & Optimization**
+ Build, configure, and maintain Epic Home Health and pharmacy-related modules (e.g., Willow, Home Health, Orders, Medication Management).
+ Analyze workflow requirements and translate them into Epic build specifications.
+ Develop and maintain order sets, medication records, routing rules, and clinical decision support.
+ Support integration points between Epic and external systems, including Brightree and Pyxis.
+ Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
**Brightree & Pyxis Integration**
+ Ensure seamless data flow between Epic and **Brightree** for Home Health scheduling, documentation, and medication coordination.
+ Support **Pyxis** automated dispensing workflows, including formulary alignment, interface monitoring, and medication inventory processes.
+ Collaborate with pharmacy operations to optimize dispensing, restocking, and controlled substance workflows.
**Project & Change Management**
+ Participate in system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and optimization initiatives.
+ Lead or support project workstreams related to Home Health, pharmacy, and medication management.
+ Develop testing plans, execute integrated testing, and validate system changes.
+ Create and maintain technical documentation, build guides, and workflow diagrams.
**End‑User Support & Training**
+ Provide Tier 2/3 support for pharmacy and Home Health users.
+ Develop training materials and assist with onboarding for new staff.
+ Conduct workflow assessments and recommend improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
**Compliance & Quality**
+ Ensure system configuration aligns with regulatory requirements (CMS, Joint Commission, state pharmacy boards).
+ Support medication safety initiatives and quality improvement programs.
+ Maintain data integrity and support audit readiness.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
+ Experience supporting or building in **Epic** (Willow, Home Health, or related modules).
+ Strong working knowledge of **Brightree** workflows and integration points.
+ Hands-on experience with **Pyxis** or similar automated dispensing systems.
+ Understanding of pharmacy operations, medication management, and Home Health processes.
+ Ability to translate clinical workflows into technical requirements.
+ Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
**Preferred**
+ Epic certification in Willow, Home Health, or Orders.
+ Experience with HL7 interfaces, medication databases, and pharmacy automation.
+ Background in Home Infusion or specialty pharmacy.
+ Prior experience in a healthcare IT analyst or pharmacy informatics role.
**Working Conditions**
+ Hybrid or on-site depending on organizational needs.
+ Participation in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
+ Occasional travel for training, go-lives, or project work.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $160,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
