Epic Ambulatory Management Architect
CTG is seeking a full-time, remote role for a Solutions Architect specializing in Epic Community Connect, Ambulatory. In this role, you will design and implement integrated software solutions, partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, and provide guidance throughout projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include crafting solution architectures, coordinating system integrations, optimizing business processes, and offering consultancy services to enhance efficiency and productivity. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional EHR teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Client is a seasoned Epic Community Connect host with vision to increase offerings and provide stellar solutions for their customers. Renown academic medical center that has vision and plan for expansion. Role will initially be a consultant - with right-fit, a possibility for future hire. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, EHR/IT stakeholders and ambulatory operations regarding proposed solutions and value-add scenarios. Qualifications Proficiency in Solution Architecture and Integration to design, implement, and oversee scalable, tailored solutions Strong skills in Consulting to understand client requirements and provide strategic, value-driven IT recommendations 7+ years’ experience across Epic Ambulatory, MyChart, Referral processes, and various tangential solutions (e.g., Healthy Planet, Beacon, Tapestry); not a "build" position, rather understanding the various Epic modules in order to design solutions that are effective and support Epic Foundation Knowledge of effective Business Process optimization and implementation methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly Relevant certifications in ambulatory-focused Epic modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Cadence/Referrals, MyChart) or equivalent experience Proficiency with project management tools and remote collaboration platforms Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
