Analyze fundamental mechanisms of SiC Epi defects and establish long-term improvement strategies 6. Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical technical issues impacting yield, quality, and process stability of SiC Epitaxy 7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Equipment, Production, Device, Technology Development, and Quality teams to define SiC Epi process technology direction and improvement roadmap 8.
