Our client, an industry leader in power infrastructure and engineering, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As an EPC Project Manager, you will be part of the engineering and construction project management department supporting substation construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** EPC Project Manager
**Location:** Raleigh, NC
**Pay Range:** $64-73/hr.
**What's the Job?**
+ Create, maintain, and present all project Primavera schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
+ Collaborate with project team members, subcontractors, and clients to keep schedules accurate and up-to-date.
+ Promote a culture where schedules are effective tools for managing EPC work and project delivery.
+ Analyze schedule logic and support reasoning behind project timelines to identify potential issues.
+ Perform detailed time impact analysis in coordination with project managers to mitigate delays.
**What's Needed?**
+ Approximately 5-10 years of scheduling experience in engineering and/or construction project management, with full project lifecycle ownership within substation construction.
+ Expert knowledge of EPC project delivery methods, including project management control systems such as scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement, and business development.
+ Proficiency in utilizing Primavera scheduling software at an expert level.
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and advanced time management capabilities.
+ Self-motivated, decisive, adaptable, and capable of building strong working relationships within cross-functional teams.
