EOP O9 E2E Release Manager

Make It Matter.** **Role Purpose** You will manage the end-to-end (E2E) application release management and governance for the O9 product suite and its various integrations. Your focus will be on ensuring impeccable service delivery that satisfies service level agreements through the establishment of rigorous release standards, built-in quality, and reusability. You will emphasize timely, accurate, and complete transaction handling within the release cycle to meet global productivity and efficiency targets. How You Will Contribute + Release Strategy & Governance: Lead and govern the O9 Release strategy, establishing enterprise standards for quality and reusability across the product suite. + Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the CI/CD pipeline to ensure automated, reliable, and secure deployments. + Stakeholder Management: Manage the relationships between technical delivery teams and internal business customers regarding the O9 solution. + Performance Reporting: Report on release performance and lead reviews with functional leadership and key stakeholders to ensure transparency. + Partner Oversight: Oversee strategic partner delivery to ensure third-party contributions align with Mondelēz standards and timelines. + Global Integration: Contribute to the global service management agenda by integrating global scale through simplified and standardized release processes. + People Leadership: Train, coach, and inspire the project team and the broader community to deliver the O9 release management agenda. + Change & Compliance: Handle local change requests while following the global governance framework to keep documentation updated and compliant. **Role Purpose** You will manage the end-to-end (E2E) application release management and governance for the O9 product suite and its various integrations.
