**The Role: Workplace Consulting - Senior Consultant/Manager**
CBRE is now actively looking for talents across the Senior Consultant to Manager grade to join our Workplace Consulting Team in developing and shaping the future of the workplace for our clients. **The Team/ The Business:** You will be working with a global company, with the support of highly collaborative and supportive colleagues in delivering outstanding services to our clients, together with the project teams to lead the development of workplace consulting.

This includes coordinating and undertaking strategic data gathering exercises of the physical, cultural, and technological aspects of a working environment, as well as analyzing and presenting these results. **What you will be working on:**
+ Be the key point of contact for clients.
+ Lead the development of strategic workplace briefs for small and large-scale workplace projects.
+ Work closely with key stakeholders and project teams to translate the information gathered into a meaningful concept, space budget, and ultimate client brief that aligns with business drivers and supports the different workstyles of the organization.
+ Design and deliver visioning sessions, workshops, and focus groups.
+ Conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from research such as surveys and utilization studies.
+ Synthesize research from internal and external sources into a workplace strategy report.
+ Determine spatial requirements and develop a space budget, understanding and knowledge of building codes and occupational standards.
+ Enhance workplace design, complying with building regulations and occupational standards.
**You are someone with:**
+ Over 4 years of experience in workplace project and change management.
+ Experience in advising clients on strategic projects, conducting in-depth analyses, and delivering actionable insights.
+ Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and confidently influence others, including executive leadership, towards a common vision.
+ Strong understanding of current best practices and trends in the workplace and other architecture and design fields. An appreciation of change management principles is valuable.
+ Clear understanding of best practice and regulatory requirements around building occupancy.
+ Knowledge of or experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, agile/flexible/activity-based working concept design, space budgeting, test-fit creation/oversight, workplace concept/guideline development, and the use of technology as an enabler.
+ Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail, comfortable in translating large data sets into compelling findings.
+ Practical hands-on experience of profiling a business and developing a workplace strategy aligned to business needs.
+ Softer skills relating to gaining business buy-in/stakeholder management, relationship building, and confidence to lead client conversations, sell the workplace proposition, and deal with resistance around the proposed change.
+ Strong communication skills across different levels of audiences.
