The SSC is growing rapidly, and our Learning & Development team is looking to expand. The team focuses on supporting Learning Management System (LMS) and Regional Leadership Programs. Through this team’s support, all the business needs for learning and development is fulfilled and it helps professionals to work effectively with clients leveraging best-in-class tools to deliver meaningful outcomes. Some of these Applications include: Successfactors (SAP), Sharepoint, CampaignLogic & ServiceNow. **What You'll Do** Case/ Program Management + Disseminate training related communications. + Administer the case management tool by ensuring the cases are assigned to respective case owners + Manage cases that require escalation received from analysts LMS + Manage escalated enquiries and perform level 2 troubleshooting + Maintain LMS dashboard reporting + Design training curricular or program in LMS that meets stakeholders’ requirement + Conduct investigation by liaising with all parties which includes clients, specialists, Global LMS team and IT Support Regional Program Coordination + Liaise with vendor/ stakeholders in charge involved pre, during and post program + Ensure all communications are relayed and pre and post coursework are being distributed Reporting + Build reports that require customization which the data were extracted from LMS and analysis support in building reports Communication + Design and develop communication text and content related to program and training (newsletter, bulletin and training announcement) for country TLDs, regional and also SSC + Manage regional communications by ensuring the comms are in compliant with CBRE branding guidelines **What You'll Need** + Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline + Proficient in using Learning Management System (LMS) and ServiceNow + Ability to work in a team with minimum supervision and able to delegate task among peers + Excellent problem solving skills when dealing with escalation cases + Able to lead and support initiatives and projects + Possess excellent customer-centric values and highly engaged in current events organized centrally or locally **Why CBRE** When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
