Only shortlisted applicant will be notified._** **Work Location: Batu Kawan, Penang** **About the Role:** As a CBRE Energy Manager, you will assist with managing the team responsible for the development and execution of energy management programs. This job is a part of the Energy and Sustainability functional area which focuses on the development and implementation of environmental and social sustainability programs. **What You’ll Do:** + Assist in sustainability consulting for multiple facility types to help meet goals. Create sustainability, resilience, and smart energy plans for multiple facility types. + Identify basic operational improvements through the implementation of opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance. + Support sustainability goals and implement energy resilience strategies and programs. + Review data and interpretation of energy and sustainability reports. + Integrate knowledge of energy procurement and new technologies with the global energy and sustainability platform to drive improved energy and sustainability performance. + Present periodic energy and sustainability status and variance reports from collected energy, waste, and water data. + Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. + Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Must possess REEM certification + Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. + Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
