**JOB TITLE:** Environmental Technician $20 **Job Description:** Aerotek is hiring immediately for an environmental technician! We are supporting a large nationwide environmental company looking to hire a environmental tech to their Providence team. Below are the job duties, this position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits! + You will be responsible for transporting drums of waste and then throw it in a hopper. + The drums are all labelled so you will be required to detect which drums are filled with each substance. + You will be responsible for loading and offloading the drums onto trucks. + Obtain 40 Hour Hazwoper certification within first week of employment (paid by company). + Separating Hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste by putting them in the correct areas of the warehouse as well as sweeping the warehouse. This position is full time offering competitive pay and benefits! **Shift:** Monday - Friday (6am-2:30PM) or (7am-3:30PM) for training period. 2nd shift once trained. Hours are 12pm - 8pm M-F **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
