Sodexo is seeking an Operations Manager for Cooper Medical Center, located in Camden, New Jersey.  This is a day shift position, with every other weekends, and alternate holidays. This position will report to a General Manager on - site. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction. What You'll Do mplement performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to improve customer satisfaction.Interact with patients and the nursing staff.Customer Service Training for our front-line staffConducting patient ready room inspections and patient surveysParticipates and adds value to hospital committees as necessary (i.e. Patient Satisfaction Committee, Nursing, Administration, HCAHPS Committee, etc.) What We Offer

What You Bring Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policiesPrevious experience working in a high-volume facilityStrong management skills, preferably in health care 2-4 years of management experience preferred. Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
