Sodexo is seeking our Environmental Services Custodial Manager 3 for our Christian focused Account at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Relocation is available for this position for candidates who live more than 50 miles from the campus. Our Successful Leader will be a Hands-On Manager responsible for execution and delivery of work order flow using Maximo, ensuring custodial standards and schedules are maintained, coaching and training our frontline staff to be our next generation of salaried managers, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for event management on multiple shifts, hotel maintenance and family home maintenance.
What You'll Do Provide leadership and support for all shiftsTrain employees and provide inspections with reporting on team success and challengesDevelop improvement plans for noted deficienciesUnderstand proper use of all tools including, chemicals, floor care equipmentOrder and maintain proper levels of supply and equipment.
