Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 3
**Role Overview** Sodexo is seeking our **Environmental Services Custodial Manager 3 for our Christian focused Account at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Relocation is available for this position for candidates who live more than 50 miles from the campus.** Our Successful Leader will be a Hands-On Manager responsible for execution and delivery of work order flow using Maximo, ensuring custodial standards and schedules are maintained, coaching and training our frontline staff to be our next generation of salaried managers, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. This role will be responsible for event management on multiple shifts, hotel maintenance and family home maintenance. **What You'll Do** + Provide leadership and support for all shifts + Train employees and provide inspections with reporting on team success and challenges + Develop improvement plans for noted deficiencies + Understand proper use of all tools including, chemicals, floor care equipment + Order and maintain proper levels of supply and equipment. Departmental Fiscal Responsibility + Provide immediate response to client concerns + Be a safety champion + Provide a clean and safe environment for students, faculty, visitors, and staff + Be a critical thinker, adapt to a changing environment + Effectively manage Sodexo’s SMS system and other Operating Systems, Building supply/inventory system - track consumables of custodial supplies + Be a Hands-On leader, manage by walking around + Have ability to work independently to drive program compliance for custodial department and motivate a diverse staff – by managing through shift supervisors **What We Offer** Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
