Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 1 to support Adventist Health Lodi Memorial on the PM shift. This position oversees Environmental Services (EVS) operations for a premier, not‑for‑profit, faith‑based health system.

What You'll Do Lead and support PM‑shift Environmental Services teams to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant healthcare environment.Maintain high-quality service standards through staff training, rounding, performance management, and workflow optimization.Partner with hospital leadership to support patient satisfaction, infection prevention, and operational excellence goals. Oversee scheduling, supply management, and daily operations for assigned units to ensure efficient PM‑shift coverage. What You Bring Experience in Environmental Services, Custodial Management, or related supervisory work—preferably in healthcare settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and guide frontline teams.Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to manage operations independently on the PM shift, ensuring safety, service quality, and compliance.
