Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take charge of projects from initiation to completion. The role involves defining project goals, key milestones, budgets, and timelines while ensuring the acquisition of necessary supplies and materials for project execution.

Responsibilities

Guide Foremen/Superintendents in organizing and directing activities related to scheduling, labor, equipment, materials, and waste management.Track production and project expenses to ensure timely delivery.Review and approve daily reports on manpower and progress.Maintain an updated 3-week forecast for all ongoing projects.Regularly interact with clients and lead negotiations on any scope discrepancies or site issues.Foster strong relationships with subcontractors.Oversee and submit change order requests in collaboration with estimating and finance teams.Ensure completion of closeout documentation for full billing.

Essential Skills

Project managementPMP CertificationConstruction managementProject coordinationCommercial constructionMinimum of 5 years working as a Project Manager in the construction and/or environmental remediation fields.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with environmental and demolition projects.Experience managing federal government contracts preferred.Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.OSHA 40 (HAZWOPER) certification, can be provided if needed.OSHA 30 Construction Training, can be provided if needed.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Edgewood, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $52.83/hr.
