Environmental Project Scientist
Job Description
We are seeking an \"On-Call\" Environmental Project Scientist to join our team for a term from February 2026 to April 2026. This role offers a flexible work schedule, providing up to 40 hours per week based on project workload. There is potential for this to extend and become a more full-time opportunity based lon workload. Compensation is based on your combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
Develop Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG inventories.Review air quality permits and prepare agency documentation.Quantify emissions, including NOx, SOx, PM, and VOCs using standard factors.Draft technical reports and environmental impact assessments.Essential Skills
Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.3 to 5 years of experience in air quality/environmental consulting/GHG programs.Familiarity with EPA GHGRP/CARB GHG MRR.Excellent MS Excel and data management skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Lincoln, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.
