**Job Title: Environmental Project Manager** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Manager to support soil remediation and hazardous materials projects throughout the Denver Metro area. This role involves leading projects that focus on environmental science, soil remediation, demolition, and hazardous materials management. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage soil remediation and hazmat projects in the Denver Metro area. + Conduct environmental audits to assess compliance with environmental regulations and identify sources of potential contamination. + Conduct environmental impact assessments to evaluate potential remediation strategies for impacted sites. + Perform site inspections and collected data on soil composition. + Design sampling plans based on project objectives, ensuring representative collection of environmental samples. + Perform risk assessments to evaluate potential hazards associated with industrial processes or pollution sources. + Coordinate project activities ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. + Oversee demolition processes in relation to environmental projects. + Collaborate with teams to ensure successful project completion. **Essential Skills** + Environmental science expertise. + Experience in soil remediation and demolition. + Hazardous materials management. + Project management skills. + OSHA/HAZWOPER 40 certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 5 years experience as an Environmental Project Manager. + Proven track record in managing remediation and demolition projects. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team that values environmental stewardship and offers opportunities for professional growth.
