Job Description
We are seeking site laborers for an environmental construction company. You will work in teams ranging from 4-5 or from 10-15 members. This role requires individuals to be in excellent physical condition, as the job involves pushing, pulling, and lifting items over 50 lbs. You must be comfortable working aloft, climbing ladders, using staging/scaffolding, and other aerial equipment. Expect long hours on your feet while working in various weather conditions, including snow, rain, cold, and heat. Occasionally, you will perform tasks overhead and in tight quarters.
ResponsibilitiesPerform general labor tasks related to construction and environmental cleanup.Engage in environmental remediation activities.Assist in demolition, excavation, dredging, utility work, landfill cap and closures.Operate machinery such as street sweepers, rock trucks, rollers, and water trucks as needed.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards.Essential Skills3-10 years of experience in utility construction or environmental roles.OSHA 10 Hour certification.Ability to lift more than 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.Proficiency in using aerial equipment and working above head height.Additional Skills & Qualifications40 Hour HAZWOPER training is preferred.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Ability to travel within New England is a plus.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract position based out of Everett, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
