**Environmental Construction Operator & Laborer – Now Hiring**

We’re looking for experienced laborers and equipment operators to support environmental remediation and emergency response projects across the state. **Job Responsibilities**
+ Operate mini excavators, skid steers, and loaders on active job sites
+ Break and remove concrete, excavate contaminated soil
+ Load materials and debris into roll-off bins for disposal
+ Assist emergency response teams throughout the Denver Metro area
+ Support hazardous waste cleanup and facility remediation efforts
+ Decontaminate equipment and prepare waste for proper disposal
+ Respond to environmental spills using Vac trucks and other specialized equipment
**Qualifications**
+ 3–5 years of construction or equipment operation experience
+ Proficiency with skid steers and mini excavators
+ Willingness to perform manual labor outdoors in varying conditions
+ CDL B license or ability to obtain one
+ High school diploma or equivalent
**Schedule & Travel**
+ Monday through Friday, starting each day at our Arvada shop
+ Travel as part of a team to job sites across Colorado
+ Occasional short-term travel outside the area may be required
**Compensation**
+ $23–$28 per hour, based on experience
+ Weekly pay
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
