**Entry-Level Welder**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a welder to join our team. Candidates will have the opportunity to be cross-trained into multiple fabrication areas, including TIG/MIG welding, laser welding, and robotic welding. The primary focus will be on TIG welding with sheet metal.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform TIG welding on sheet metal.
+ Engage in MIG, laser, and robotic welding as required.
+ Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication tasks.
+ Assist in the production and fabrication process.
+ Participate in training sessions to develop skills in various welding techniques.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with MIG welding, laser welding, and robotic welding.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Understanding of fabrication processes.
+ Welding experience from school or home is considered.
+ Willingness to be trained in laser and robotic welding.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
