Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant with a strong focus on technical writing and document control. The ideal candidate will work closely with Subject Matter Experts to gather information and produce high-quality documentation, ensuring compliance with current document standards.
Responsibilities
Observe, take notes and photos, and work with Subject Matter Experts to gather information
Analyze information to produce high quality documentation
Ensure current document standards are followed
Collaborate with other writers to improve document standards
Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve content and useability
Edit documentation to ensure consistent, accurate information
Adjust responsibilities, time, and objectives to meet changing priorities

Experience writing procedural documents

Work Environment
The position is onsite, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:00 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a long-term Contract position based out of Albany, Oregon.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
