Entry-Level Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join one of the largest technology companies in Seattle! This role involves temporarily augmenting and supporting their existing resources to manage intern recruiting functions, process offers, onboard new hires, and support intern events. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a business-embedded recruiting team, providing exposure to recruiting, HR, business management, and event coordination.
Responsibilities
+ Assist the staffing program manager with the offer and hiring process.
+ Track and process hires using corporate recruiting tools and internal tracking systems.
+ Perform data entry of candidate information and records.
+ Update offer information and perform pre-onboarding tasks.
+ Answer questions from interns and hiring managers.
+ Partner with the intern staffing PM on staffing projects as needed.
+ Welcome interns on their arrival and attend New Intern Orientation in May and June.
+ Support event planning by tracking and managing invite responses, procuring and reserving venues, and coordinating catering.
+ Provide onsite event support and manage swag ordering and tracking.
+ Assist team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction.
+ Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Recruiting support, administrative, or event planning experience is a plus.
+ Experience with iCIMS is a plus.
+ Project management experience is a plus.
+ Experience with team coordination/support roles is beneficial.
+ Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and act independently with a high degree of accuracy.
Work Environment
This is an onsite position in Redmond with a typical work schedule of Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional flexibility required. The role involves a hybrid work schedule, with onsite requirements fluctuating between 2-5 days per week depending on the season. Candidates are expected to provide support in a high-energy team environment, with opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
