About the role:

100% onsite in Seattle, WA$36-37/hr DOE

Business Group:

-\tThe team is a top of funnel recruiting team/ sourcing of external candidates for positions within the Ads team

-\tSourcing/recruiting team

-\tVery collaborative team

-\tPretty large onsite team, close to 30-40 recruiters

Key Projects:

-\tMostly the business aligned to is for Ads business (fastest growing business )

-\tTeam in particular supports SDE’s. Background in this is a plus

-\tSupporting high growth in Ads/ TPM/SDE/Product Management/Sales side of business.

Interaction level with team:

-\tOffice hours with HM (weekly)

-\tLead program that will do stand ups a few times a week, helpful for questions

-\tIn office, always happy to answer questions

-\tMany helpful team members (peers for answering questions)

Day to Day:

-\tSourcing

-\tScreen candidate profiles

-\tReach out

-\tInitial recruiter phone screens

-\tSpeak with candidates,

-\tGet to business phone screen or onsite interview

-\tPartner with business aligned screens and move through the process.

Required Skills

Experience in non technical OR technical sourcing/recruitingProficiency in using ATS systems.Strong recruiting skills with a focus on metrics-driven approaches.1-2+ years of experienceBachelors degree
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $37.00/hr.
