ResponsibilitiesOperate equipment to move parts to the paint booth.Prepare parts for painting, ensuring they are taped and surface areas are ready.Load and unload raw steel for cranes.Assist in painting large parts using wet paint.Provide support in other areas as needed.Essential SkillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Prior experience working in manufacturing.Experience operating overhead cranes is ideal.Capability to work independently and reliably.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in production and paint preparation.Knowledge of industrial painting, sanding, and spray gun techniques.General labor and assembly skills.Mechanical assembly expertise.Proficiency in hand tools and sandblasting.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eureka, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
