About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble small, intricate components using hand tools, microscopes, and fixturesFollow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Perform visual inspections to ensure product qualityMaintain accurate production records and documentationCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsClean Room Requirements:
This position requires working in a clean room, which includes:
Wearing full clean room attire (gown, gloves, hairnet, face mask, shoe covers)Adhering to strict hygiene and contamination control protocolsNo makeup, jewelry, or perfumes allowed in the clean roomMaintaining a sterile and organized work areaFollowing all gowning and de-gowning procedures preciselyQualifications:
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detailAbility to stand for extended periodsComfortable working in a controlled, sterile environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to read and communicate effectively in EnglishPreferred but Not Required:
Previous experience in manufacturing environmentsShifts & Pay:
1st Shift: 6:40am-2:45pm (Monday-Friday) - $18.50/hr2nd Shift: 2:40pm - 10:45pm (Monday-Friday) - $20/hr3rd Shift: 10:40pm-6:45am (Sunday-Thursday) - $21.50/hrWhy Join Us?

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
