**Medical Device Assembly Technician - Weekly Pay!!**
**Job Description**
I am seeking entry level candidates to join a dedicated manufacturing team that plays a crucial role in creating tools, technologies, and devices that positively impact patients' lives worldwide. As a Medical Device Assembly Technician, you will work in a cleanroom environment, handling tasks such as bagging, sealing, boxing, and scanning finished catheters. You will use tools and equipment to assemble medical devices precisely and efficiently, ensuring quality at each work station.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use tools and equipment to complete the assembly of medical devices accurately and efficiently, following work order instructions and drawings.
+ Perform inventory reconciliation at the start of the day and when transitioning to the next work order.
+ Adhere to established work instructions and SOPs, recording traceable information on device history records, and entering data into manufacturing data systems.
+ Conduct line clearance, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations at the start of the shift and when transitioning to next work orders.
+ Ensure all required components and tools are prepared for the build.
+ Perform self-assessment of work, which may include visual inspection under magnification, and review colleagues' work, providing constructive feedback.
+ Escalate work issues and equipment performance changes to the supervisor for assessment and correction.
+ Ensure on-time arrival, regular attendance, and work a full 10-hour shift.
+ Maintain general housekeeping of the work area.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in cleanroom operations, assembly, and production.
+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
+ Strong hand dexterity and experience with hand tools.
+ Ability to perform quality inspections, including visual inspections under magnification.
+ Basic computer skills for navigating drawings and entering parts status data.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English.
+ Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and using microscopes.
+ Adaptability, teamwork, coachability, and a quality mindset.
+ Reliability and ability to stand for a 10-hour shift.

**Work Environment**
This role is set in a cleanroom environment, requiring adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards. You will work Monday through Thursday from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, standing for the duration of the 10-hour shifts. The position demands precision, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality in a controlled and collaborative setting.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Draper, UT.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.58 - $17.58/hr.
