**Job Title: Assembly Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a motivated Assembly Technician who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This role involves the hand assembly of filters and components for compression gas products and medical instruments using basic hand tools. Tasks also include basic machine operation of molding press machines, packaging, labeling, and documentation. The work will be performed in a semi-clean room environment, requiring only a gown, and does not involve microscope usage. This position involves mostly standing and repetitive tasks. All tasks can be taught, and we are looking for someone who is eager to grow with our expanding company.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform hand assembly of filters and components for compression gas products and medical instruments using basic hand tools.
+ Operate molding press machines for basic machine tasks.
+ Package, label, and document products accurately.
+ Work mostly standing and engage in repetitive tasks.
+ Flexibly move across different tasks as needed within the team.
**Essential Skills**
+ Hand dexterity and attention to detail.
+ Ability to read and speak English fluently.
+ Capability to stand for 8 hours.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 6+ months of work history in a similar role.
+ Experience with assembly, labeling, packaging, medical assembly, mechanical assembly, hand tools, and machine operation.

**Work Environment**
This role involves working in a clean and spacious environment that is climate controlled for comfort. The company provides all necessary PPE, including safety glasses, gowns, and hairnets. While tasks may start outside the clean room, there will be occasions to assist with assemblies within the clean room. The company has a variety of product lines including separation, fluid management, medical devices, and custom design. The smaller start-up atmosphere fosters a family feel and encourages personal growth.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
