**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated Assembly Technician who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This role involves the hand assembly of filters and components for compression gas products and medical instruments using basic hand tools. Tasks also include basic machine operation of molding press machines, packaging, labeling, and documentation. The work will be performed in a semi-clean room environment, requiring only a gown, and does not involve microscope usage. This position involves mostly standing and repetitive tasks. The company provides all necessary PPE, including safety glasses, gowns, and hairnets. While tasks may start outside the clean room, there will be occasions to assist with assemblies within the clean room. The company has a variety of product lines including separation, fluid management, medical devices, and custom design. The smaller start-up atmosphere fosters a family feel and encourages personal growth. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
