**Prep Laborer** **Job Description** The prep laborer will rotate between various tasks including washing and prepping products, loading and unloading the paint line, and eventually be trained in powder coating. This role involves spraying powder coat paint on metal parts and conducting quality inspections to ensure smooth application. **Responsibilities** + Wash and prep products for painting. + Load and unload the paint line efficiently. + Perform powder coating on metal parts as trained. + Conduct quality inspections to ensure paint application is smooth. **Essential Skills** + At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or general labor. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle metal parts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with general labor tasks such as packaging, loading, unloading, production, racking, and painting. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy opportunities for tuition reimbursement and upward mobility, including promotions to lead or supervisor positions.
