We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals interested in starting a career in maintenance. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to receive comprehensive training in maintaining and repairing machinery.
ResponsibilitiesUndergo 6-12 months of training to learn maintenance and repair techniques.Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues.Develop skills in handling hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Gradually take on more responsibilities as you gain confidence and experience.Essential SkillsGood math skills.Willingness to learn and adapt.Mechanical aptitude.Technical Schooling or equivalent experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsA technical degree or certificate is advantageous.Experience in maintenance from the Military is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a very clean, modern machine shop where safety and cleanliness are top priorities. The standard workweek is Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime. As you grow in your role, your responsibilities and shift hours may change to accommodate increased expertise.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
