WHO IS THE TRAVEL DIVISION

The Travel Division is an exclusive, high end seller of Luxury travel, working in partnership with Air Charter Service, the worlds largest Private Aviation brokerage, to provide a complete & exclusive travel solution to a set of discerning customers. Our team works tirelessly to put together amazing experiences for some of the highest spending customers in the industry, working with the best providers in the Luxury Travel world, and selling the most incredible destinations on the planet! 

In essence, we are a sales business, with a strong emphasis on service. Our underlying business principle is "Service Beyond Expectations". Therefore, no request from our customers is too much. We look after every element of their trip - from the moment they enquire, through to the moment they unpack their bags from returning. Our job is to guarantee that their experience is best in market, and we are obsessed with ensuring that is always the case.

Joining our team will give you an opportunity to work with some of the best sellers in the Luxury Travel business. We have a lot of fun while doing it - be it socializing with our Charter Brokers, attending functions with our hotel partners, or travelling the world on Fam Trips with our Suppliers.

Job Description

WORKING LIFE WITHIN THE TRAVEL DIVISION

Building your list of potential clients by researching internal and external databases, websites and social mediaPro-actively targeting your list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential clients into ACS clientsBuilding relationships with Suppliers & Partners to ensure we are able to provide the most suitable choices for the customer's requirementsManage and Own our Customers In-Destination ExperienceDevelop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat businessEnsure you are consistently exceeding both your sales activity and financial targetsConfirming company procedures are being followed in a methodical and chronological way to ensure protection of both The Travel Division & the clientResearch, explore and study different travel destination optionsResearch destination and travel prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.Research and study customer's specifications and wishesSuggest suitable travel options that best suit customer's needs

THE DUTIES

Work as part of a growing team to achieve both individual & collective successDemonstrate an expert understanding of the most suitable Travel Product for each customerManaging travel bookings from enquiry to completionCollaborating with other ACS departments to ensure best possible experience for our customersBuilding a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organisationGain clear agreement and commitment from others by persuading, convincing and negotiatingWorking productively in a pressurised environmentFocusing on customer's needs and satisfactionMake prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks

Qualifications

THE PERSON

High aptitude and passion for sales, with a track record from a previous Sales roleComfortable on the phone and making outbound sales calls to generate leadsDesire to immerse yourself into the role and commit to its demands Ability to work independently, but enjoys working with people inside and outside of ACSEnjoys working to goals and objectives in a competitive environmentOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsStrong numeracy skillsAn organised & disciplined attitude towards managing workloadPassionate about travel and tourismUp to date understanding of latest tourism trendsComprehensive knowledge of major global destinations and world geographyExperience of working with HNW clients or Luxury Products (preferred)
