Entry Level Leasing Agent
Job Title: Entry Level Leasing Agent - (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. Shift is Wednesday-Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off)

Job Description

As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the front line of customer service for both current and prospective residents. You will collaborate with the Community Manager to enhance resident relations and perform various administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.Lease apartments to prospective residents, including conducting initial meetings, tours, application screenings, and scheduling move-ins and move-outs.Administer work orders and turnovers.Maintain organization of the office, lobby, and clubhouse.Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for data entry, document creation, and appointment scheduling.Enter and manage database information.Create presentations and update the company website and social media with online advertising.Stay informed about market conditions and understand how the property compares to competitors.Comply with Fair Housing laws and other relevant regulations.Manage personal time effectively by prioritizing tasks and schedules.Meet leasing quotas.

Essential Skills

Customer service orientationProficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite, including ExcelStrong communication skillsExperience in sales and customer serviceAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Additional Skills & Qualifications

GED requiredAt least one year of experience in a sales environmentAt least one year of experience in customer serviceExperience in property management, community support, and hospitality is beneficial

Work Environment

This floater position involves working between three communities in SW Portland. You will work standard office hours and walk around facilities to provide tours. The weekly schedule is: Wednesday at Summer Creek Apartments in Tigard, OR; Thursday and Friday at Oriel Apartments in Portland, OR; and Saturday and Sunday at another community in Portland, OR. Monday and Tuesday are days off. The role includes opportunities for personalized training and career growth within a values-based, supportive work environment. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, Oregon.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
