**Shift Picker and Packer - Aurora, IL** + 4pm-12:30am Monday-Friday + $19.40/hr **Job Description** + We are seeking dedicated individuals for the position of 2nd shift Picker and Packer. The shift runs from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Candidates will be responsible for all duties in pick, pack, and ship operations. A flexible attitude and willingness to rotate between jobs throughout the day is essential. **Responsibilities** + Work in the pick area with a cart containing multiple scan codes. + Scan the first code and pick the parts from the racks, placing them on the cart. + Continue scanning and picking until the cart is complete. + Move the cart to the next area and wait for the next cart to arrive. + Perform packing duties in a stationary position. + Scan the sheet that comes with the orders to print out a packing slip. + Pack the product, the packing slip, and any additional pieces into a box. + Place the packed box on a conveyor for sealing, labeling, and shipping. **Essential Skills** + Ability to stand for 8 hours per day + Ability to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level + Ability to read small print **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Scanner experience + 6 months of pick/pack experience + Experience in order picking, pallet jack operation, warehouse packing, packaging, general labor, labeling, and shipping + Flexible attitude + Willingness to learn + Team mentality **_APPLY NOW!!_** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.23 - $17.23/hr.
