Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a entry level fabricator to join their team. As a fabricator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various projects. Job Title: Entry Level Fabricator Location: Orange, CA Pay Range: $21 hr Shift: 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. What's the Job? + Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables. + Observe and assist experienced fabricators with layout and fit up. + Utilize basic measuring tools in the fabrication process (measuring tapes,calipers, micrometers, etc.) + Cut parts accurately on the shear and bandsaw. + Properly clean and de-burr parts to remove contamination beforewelding. + Learn quality control standards, measurements, and documentationprocedures. What's Needed? + Must be able to read blueprints, drawings, charts & tables. + Basic Fabrication experience + Able to load, unload and secure product for transport + Accurately measure, calculate and record material usage and time tracking by project.
