We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler skilled in building wire harnesses from start to finish. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints for assembling tasks, including small cable harness assembly, tinning, stripping, crimping, soldering wires and components, and conducting testing and inspection.
ResponsibilitiesBuild wire harnesses from start to finish using blueprints.Perform assembly tasks such as small cable harness assembly, tinning, stripping, crimping, and soldering wires and components.Conduct testing and inspection of assembled products.Interpret customer drawings and engineering notes to meet requirements.Utilize hand tools such as crimpers, cutters, and soldering equipment.Perform J hook and hand soldering, tinning wires, and other related tasks.Essential SkillsMinimum of 6 months soldering experience, ideally in wire soldering.At least 1 year of assembly experience in wire harness or electro-mechanical assembly.1+ year of wire crimping experience.Ability to read and perform assembly from blueprints.Excellent hand dexterity for handling small parts.Additional Skills & QualificationsJ-Standard soldering certification is preferred.Experience from a custom wire harness company is a plus.Why Work Here?Enjoy a small company feel where all employees, including temps, are treated like family. The position is first shift, 6:30am-3pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
